I had a fantastic four-night stay with a cozy atmosphere and amazing staff. It’s just a short stroll to both Washington Park and the vibrant Portland Art Museum, making it perfect for exploring the city’s highlights on foot.

Friendly staff but check-in was chaotic and confusing.

The spacious room featured large windows offering great views and was equipped with a desk and multiple power outlets, perfect for work. The friendly and accommodating staff created a welcoming atmosphere, from easy check-ins to a relaxed breakfast on the last day. However, there were missing amenities like an ice bucket and cups, and a lack of follow-up regarding some requests made during the stay. Additionally, a charge inconsistency after check-out added frustration to what could have been a perfect visit.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored Tom McCall Waterfront Park, enjoying the fresh air and food trucks. The hotel had a cool vibe and great amenities, like comfy beds and friendly staff. Remember, they don't have breakfast or water bottles in the room, so plan accordingly.

The coffee served was pretty terrible for such a well-known coffee town, which was a letdown.

My stay at Deluxe was excellent. The stylish decor and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and I found the bed incredibly comfortable. The Deluxe Queen Room was immaculate, featuring a spacious layout, private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the complimentary bubbly hour and the fitness center for a nice workout. Staff were welcoming and made our stay special.
